The Glammy product vision
Every part of the salon day, designed to move together
Glammy is being built as one considered workspace for the appointments, people, products, decisions and conversations that shape a beauty business.
Glammy is pre-launch. Every capability on this page is in development, and interface details or release scope may change.
One operational rhythm
Less switching. More useful context.
Glammy’s planned feature set starts with the natural flow of a salon visit—from scheduling and preparation to checkout, records and relevant follow-up.
The goal is not to add software to every moment. It is to connect the moments where clear information helps a team make a better decision, serve a client thoughtfully or close the day with less reconstruction.
Product previews use illustrative sample data and do not represent a live customer account or currently available integration.

Planned capabilities
The practical building blocks
Each capability is being designed as part of the same workflow, with product truth, permissions and role-appropriate access considered from the beginning.
Appointment calendar
Glammy is being designed with day and week views, service-aware time blocks, staff availability and clear appointment states. The goal is to help a front desk respond quickly while each professional can focus on the work ahead.
- Day and week schedule views
- Staff and service availability context
- Clear booked, arrived, in-service and completed states
- Planned reminder and rescheduling workflows
Client profiles and salon CRM
The planned client workspace brings together contact details, appointment history, relevant service notes and communication preferences. Access controls and salon responsibilities will be part of the product design so sensitive context is handled deliberately.
- Contact and visit history
- Service preferences and relevant notes
- Consent and communication preference records
- Searchable context for authorised team members
Billing and checkout
Glammy is planned to connect booked services, products, adjustments and payment status in one checkout flow. Tax, invoice and payment capabilities will depend on the final product configuration and applicable local requirements.
- Appointment-linked service line items
- Product and adjustment support
- Clear paid, due and refunded states
- Exportable records planned for reconciliation
Team schedules and responsibilities
The team workspace is being built around availability, assigned appointments, working hours and practical handovers. Role-based views are intended to reduce noise while keeping managers informed.
- Availability and working-hour context
- Role-appropriate daily views
- Appointment and task ownership
- Handover notes for continuity
Product and stock awareness
Glammy is being designed to record retail and back-bar items, stock changes and low-stock attention points. The initial goal is practical visibility rather than complex warehouse management.
- Retail and professional-use item records
- Stock-in and stock-out context
- Planned low-stock attention list
- Product activity connected to salon operations
Business overview and reporting
Planned reporting will organise appointment, service, product and billing activity into useful operational views. Glammy will avoid presenting estimates as financial advice, and report definitions will be documented in the product.
- Daily activity overview
- Service and appointment mix
- Team workload context
- Export-ready operational records planned
Consent-aware campaigns
Glammy is planned to support audiences and campaign workflows based on legitimate salon context. Sending, advertising and social connections will only become available after product development, provider approval where required and customer activation.
- Audience planning with consent context
- Campaign drafts and review steps
- Channel-specific opt-in awareness
- Planned performance summaries where integrations permit
Connected client communications
The communications vision includes reminders, service updates and client-initiated conversations connected to authorised records. WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger capabilities are coming soon and depend on Meta approval, eligibility and customer configuration.
- Appointment reminder planning
- Conversation context beside the client record
- Clear team ownership and handover
- Channel permissions and opt-out handling
